This could save you time, and possible errors, by removing the need to transcribe data from one system to another.
A lot of software allows you to import and export data, but rarely do two systems have matching import / export file structures, or are flexible enough to handle different file structures. We can write scripts to take one file structure and transform it to a second file structure for import to another system.
Even if software does not allow you to import or export data, we can look at writing scripts to automate manual tasks of opening applications, copying data from text fields, editing or transforming the data, and paste the data into another application.
